-We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the event for a seamless entry.

-Dandiya sticks will be available for free only to the first 200 people entering the arena, strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. -Free dandiya sticks will not be provided to kids.

-Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket will result in seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

-Rights of admission are reserved.

-The event venue is not rainproof. Organisers will not be held responsible in case of rain. However, rain ponchos will be provided if possible.

-All individuals above 12 years of age will be considered under the adult category. Those below this age will be considered under the kid category. Kids aged 10–12 years will need to purchase a ticket.

-Gates will open from 6:00 p.m. onwards.

-Any additional charges (e.g., food stalls, flea stalls, etc.) are not included in the ticket price.

-Organisers will not be responsible for personal belongings. Please keep them safe.

-Individuals causing public nuisance will not be entertained at the event venue, and strict disciplinary action will be taken.

-Consumption of liquor and smoking inside the arena are strictly prohibited. If found, disciplinary action will be taken.

-Bringing kids is at your own discretion, considering the loud music and crowded venue. Organisers will not be held responsible for the same.
