1. No Male Stags Allowed.

2. Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the management.

3. No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects, including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, and musical instruments, will be allowed in the venue, and they may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.

4. The sponsors/performers/organisers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event.

5. People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.

6. Organisers hold the right to deny late entry to the event.

7. Venue rules apply.

Age Restrictions

8. The event is open to all ages. However, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.

Event Timings

9. The event is scheduled to commence at 6.00 PM on 26th September 2025 (Friday). The organisers reserve the right to reschedule if necessary.

Code of Conduct

10. Attendees are expected to maintain decorum and respect the cultural & festive spirit of the event.

11. Any improper conduct, harassment of others or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from the event without processing any refund.

12. Consumption of any illegal substances is strictly prohibited. If any person is found to have consumed alcohol, etc., he/she shall be immediately removed from the premises, and the matter shall be reported to the local police station.

Outside Food

13. Outside food & beverages are strictly not allowed on the premises.

Rescheduling The Event Or Cancellation

14. The organizers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel or modify the event without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as Weather, government restrictions, etc.

15. In case of such cancellation, pass holders shall be notified, and refunds shall be processed as per policy.

Safety & Security

16. Security checks shall be conducted at the entrance gate. Attendees are mandatorily required to comply.

17. The organisers shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings. Attendees are requested to to take proper care of their belongings and valuables.

18. In case of an emergency situation, attendees must follow the instructions provided by event coordinator or security personnel deployed.

Liability

19. The organisers will not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents or mishaps that occur during the event.

20. Attendees will be participating at their own risk and and shall be responsible for their personal actions.

Media

21. The organisers reserve the right to still photography and videography of the event, and the participants agree to be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.

22. Unauthorised professional photography and videography are prohibited.
