📝 Event Instructions – Dandiya Raas by Jalsa 2025

To help you have a safe, seamless, and enjoyable evening, please read and follow the instructions below:

🎟️ Entry & Ticketing

Entry is strictly via a valid ticket only.

Entry gates will open at 5 pm. We recommend arriving early to avoid queues.

Tickets once booked are non-transferable.

Re-entry is not allowed once you exit the venue's main gate.

👗 Dress Code

Ethnic wear is highly encouraged. Bring out your festive best – lehengas, kurtas, and colorful attire will add to the vibrant atmosphere.

Comfortable footwear is recommended for dancing.

🔐 Security & Safety

Security checks will be conducted at the entry. Please cooperate with the staff.

The following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue:

❌ Outside food & drinks

❌ Alcohol & narcotics

❌ Sharp objects, weapons, or firecrackers

❌ Smoking inside the main event area

Any inappropriate behavior or misconduct will lead to immediate removal from the premises.

There will be a first-aid station and security personnel on-site for assistance.

💃 Dandiya Guidelines

Bring your own dandiya sticks, or purchase a pair at the venue (limited stock available).

Please be mindful of fellow dancers – dance respectfully and responsibly.

No pushing, aggressive dancing, or unsafe behavior will be tolerated.

🥤 Food & Beverages

Delicious food stalls will be available inside the venue.

Drinking water stations will be accessible.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

📸 Photos & Media

Professional photographers and videographers will be covering the event. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded.

🚗 Parking & Transport

Limited parking is available near the venue. Carpooling or using cab services is highly recommended.

Please follow traffic and parking rules; the organizers are not responsible for any fines or towing.
