What if you didn't have to have your life figured out before moving forward?

You could be doing well and still wondering what else is possible. You could be at a transition, feeling stuck, considering a new direction, or simply wanting to design the next chapter of your life more intentionally.

Developed at Stanford University, the “Designing Your Life (DYL)” programme brings the principles of design thinking to some of the most important questions we ask ourselves — What kind of work and life would feel meaningful? How do I move forward when I don't have all the answers?

Across two immersive days, you will work through a series of conversations, reflections and hands-on exercises that will help you:

- understand what gives you energy, meaning and engagement

- reframe problems that may have been keeping you stuck

- imagine multiple versions of your future through Odyssey Plans

- prototype possibilities before making big life or career decisions

- leave with practical next steps rather than another abstract plan

After multiple sold-out cohorts in India, Designing Your Life returns to New Delhi from 24-25 October 2026 at The Zorba, New Delhi.

About the Facilitator:

Navyug Mohnot is a Stanford-certified “Designing Your Life” Educator, Coach and Facilitator; a Visiting Faculty at ISB and Ashoka University, and the Founder & CEO of QAI Global.

He is also a certified Leadership Coach from Harvard University, has spoken at several conferences around the world and is a TEDx speaker (“Manifesting Desires, Embracing Contradictions”). He is a passionate advocate for design, driven by the belief in its transformative power. He has coached professionals across the globe, contributed to company boards, mentored startups as an angel investor and helped countless individuals design their unique success stories.

Navyug did his B.Tech from IIT Delhi and is the recipient of “Outstanding Contribution to National Development” from the IIT Delhi Alumni Association.

Outside work, he meditates, runs a film club, loves art, film and architecture and harbours an ambition to direct a full-length film someday. He enjoys conversations that challenge assumptions, discovering new ideas, and, perhaps unsurprisingly, thinking about how we might all design lives that are a little more our own.
