What if you didn't have to have your life figured out before moving forward?
You could be doing well and still wondering what else is possible. You could be at a transition, feeling stuck, considering a new direction, or simply wanting to design the next chapter of your life more intentionally.
Developed at Stanford University, the “Designing Your Life (DYL)” programme brings the principles of design thinking to some of the most important questions we ask ourselves — What kind of work and life would feel meaningful? How do I move forward when I don't have all the answers?
Across two immersive days, you will work through a series of conversations, reflections and hands-on exercises that will help you:
- understand what gives you energy, meaning and engagement
- reframe problems that may have been keeping you stuck
- imagine multiple versions of your future through Odyssey Plans
- prototype possibilities before making big life or career decisions
- leave with practical next steps rather than another abstract plan
