Online Course Overview


Module 1: Learn how to live in the present moment, and focus your attention in whatever you`re doing through mindfulness, without the need for meditation. You`ll be experientially introduced to mindful eating and mindful breathing.


Module 2: Discover a radically new way of responding to emotional pain and instantly reduce the impact of any painful feeling. By learning how fighting with painful feelings makes them worse and how to take the power out of anxiety/stress.


Module 3 : Discover how to take the power out of unhelpful thoughts, disrupt worrying, rumination and other unhelpful thinking processes. Understand how our minds have evolved to think negatively and why positive thinking often fails.


Module 4 : Discover how to find your inner compass to guide your life`s journey, give any aspect of your life meaning and purpose. Get past barriers such as anxiety, self-doubt, and low self-confidence, even when it`s hard with value guided goals.

Mrugank Patel (aka MP) is an Australian certified Psychotherapist and Coach. He is compassionate, non-judgemental and experienced mental health therapist driven to helping clients overcome issues relating to anxiety, stress, relationship problems and more.He uses a number of therapeutic modalities including but not limited to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Positive Psychology, Motivational Interviewing, and more. A holistic, strength based, person centered approach guides his practice.
