By holding a pass/entering, the Participant accepts: This is a Hindu cultural festival; entry only for Hindu devotees, at organizers’ discretion. Aadhaar card & traditional attire mandatory; indecent dress/behavior leads to denial/removal. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-replaceable. Security checks compulsory; refusal = no entry/refund. Prohibited: bags, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, alcohol, tobacco, narcotics, outside food/drinks, sharp objects, arms, sprays, pets. Violators handed to police. Respect staff/attendees; harassment, violence, unsafe dancing, damage = removal, liability & prosecution. Attend at own risk; no liability for injury, illness, theft, loss. Food/parking at own risk & is chargable. No refunds; schedule may change/cancel; force majeure applies. Permits organisers, royalty free rgts to use audience images & videos across all media. Unauthorized recording banned. Organizers decisions final; disputes in Nagpur courts only.
