Disconnect to Connect is a two-hour art and meditation journey designed to help you pause, get creative, and share a meaningful moment.
We begin with a short guided meditation and breathwork session to help you unplug from the noise and settle into the present moment.
From there, you step into the fun part — creating your own multi-media canvas using colorful textures, playful materials, and elements from our curated DIY art kit.
There’s no “right way” to make your artwork.
Just follow your curiosity, experiment with textures and colors, and let your creativity take the lead.
As the canvas comes to life, something special happens — conversations open up, laughter flows, and the moment feels a little more real.
