









Divya Kala Mela is a unique national exhibition-cum-sale showcasing the extraordinary talent, creativity, and craftsmanship of Divyangjan (Persons with Disabilities). Organized under the aegis of the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD), Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India, the event celebrates inclusive entrepreneurship and promotes “Vocal for Local” and “Local to Global” initiatives.
