The Driver Development & Selection Program by Rayo Racing is a 2-day intensive experience designed to identify, train, and evaluate aspiring racing drivers looking to take their first step into competitive motorsports.

Participants will undergo focused training across key areas of driver development:

Racing Fundamentals: Understanding racing lines, braking techniques, cornering, and kart control

Race Craft: Overtaking strategies, defensive driving, and on-track decision making

Driver Fitness & Mindset: Physical readiness, reflex development, and mental focus

Performance Analysis: Identifying areas of improvement and adapting driving techniques

At the end of the program, the top 3 performing drivers will be selected to join the Rayo Racing Academy.

Selected drivers will receive:

- ₹6,00,000 scholarship* support

- Opportunity to represent Rayo Racing in leading national and international racing events

- Continued training and development within India’s highest endorsed racing academy
