Visited Dugout at Marina Mall OMR and had an absolute blast! Perfect mix of fun and fitness, with tons of activities to try, from trampolines and inflatables to box cricket, futsal and the exciting Super Grid challenge. Tried their trampoline and was totally worth it, non stop fun and a great workout too! Trampoline section has multiple zones like Wipeout, Slam Dunk and a Foam Pit. Staff were super friendly and helpful and Overall vibe is lively and energetic feels great for groups, families and Couples. Grip socks are mandatory and costs extra and it can get a bit warm inside during peak hours. Highly recommended if you’re around OMR, Great place to jump, play and unwind!Read More

This place used to be very good before the renovation but now there is not much to do, they also increased the space between the foam put and the trampolines so we can't even jump into the foam pit properly(don't do it it's dangerous). Plus they removed the zorbing ball area which was my favorite area. Very sad :(Read More

1. There is absolutely no proper air circulation. It feels like youre stepping into a furnace. 2. Trainers/staff are busy playing cricket in the turf that no one is present on the main area to help the kids with the rides/activity. People pay so much for the session and have to keep calling the staff everytime they want to start an activity. 3. Safety is a concern. Many times i saw the sponge padding move or go out of place to expose the metal support underneath. A kid's legs can easily get trapped in it. No one is bothered to oversee stuff. 4. So much hype. But fun factor is low. Not worth it.Read More

We visited Dugout at Marina Mall to enjoy some playtime, but unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Our allotted time was until 5:15 PM, yet from 5:00 PM onwards, an in-charge began repeatedly asking us to leave, and her attitude was quite unpleasant. This really affected our mood, as we had come to have a good time but ended up leaving disappointed. We are not sure what the issue was, but we have never experienced such treatment as customers before. If this is the kind of behavior from staff members like Varsha, it may discourage people from visiting in the future. Based on this experience, we will not be coming here again. We hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure a more respectful and customer-friendly experience going forward.Read More
