Ekaa in Mumbai’s Fort district is an ingredient-led restaurant where familiar produce is transformed through playful, unexpected presentations. Chef Niyati Rao’s cuisine-agnostic approach places a single ingredient at the centre of each dish, drawing on local sourcing, fermentation and flavours from across India.

For Restaurant Week India, the second edition expands from three cities to ten, running October 16 to November 1, 2026, with more than 100 restaurants, new dessert pop-ups and limited ‘One Service Only’ drops. Ekaa joins the festival with a 3-course menu featuring signature dishes and chef favourites that reflect its ingredient-led approach.
