- Pass Validity

- Entry is strictly as per the designated pass time and assigned zones.

- Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their pass time for check-in and verification.

- Late arrivals may miss experiences without entitlement to a refund.

- Re-entry Policy

- No re-entry is allowed once a guest exits the venue, regardless of ticket type.

- Pass Inclusions

- Each pass grants access only to the activities, shows, rides, and zones mentioned under it.

- Upgrades or additional activities are chargeable separately at the venue.

- Unused benefits of a pass cannot be compensated or carried forward.

- Booking for Dinner (For applicable passes only)

- Dinner is not included in all passes but can be booked at the event.

- Dinner will be served only at Nakli Dhaba in a self-service format.

- No food service will be available on boats, jetties, or during rides.

- Dinner Charges: ₹2,500 + GST per person.

- Refund Policy

- All carnival passes are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

- No refund will be processed for missed activities due to late arrival, weather delays, or personal issues.

- Safety Compliance

- Guests must adhere to all safety guidelines during water activities and performances.

- Failure to follow the rules may result in restricted access to rides without a refund.

- Life jackets and safety gear must be worn wherever applicable.

- Ticket Policy for Children

- Children aged 4 years and above require a valid ticket.

- Children under 4 may enter free of cost, but will not be permitted on rides or activities.

- Photography & Camera Rules

- Mobile photography is permitted at no extra charge.

- Professional cameras (DSLRs, drones, GoPros) require a special photography pass worth ₹2,500.

- Unauthorised commercial photography is strictly prohibited

- Locker Availability

- Lockers are not available at the venue. Guests are responsible for securing their belongings at all times.

- Content & Behaviour Policy

- Any form of inappropriate attire, offensive signs, or misbehaviour will lead to immediate removal from the event.

- Entartica Seaworld reserves the right to use photos and videos captured during the event for marketing and promotional purposes.

- General Carnival Rules

- Guests must adhere to the event timeline and activity schedule to ensure smooth operations.

- Carnival staff instructions must be followed at all times.

- Sunscreen, sunglasses, and hydration are recommended — it’s a summer event!

- Queue culture is to be maintained. Cutting lines or causing disruptions may lead to removal.

- Bags are subject to security checks at the entrance.

- Any attempt to access restricted zones without permission will be treated as a security breach.

- Weapons, sharp objects, or any banned items will not be allowed inside.

- Guests are encouraged to wear modest, culturally appropriate attire — themed dress-ups are welcome!

- Entry is ticketed only — no walk-ins or on-spot bookings once the venue reaches full capacity.

- The organisers reserve the right to deny admission to anyone under the influence, misbehaving, or creating unsafe environments.
