Equal Ground: A Wellness Conference Festival
Delhi’s first wellness conference festival, rooted in ancient Indic knowledge systems, thoughtfully reimagined for modern urban life. Set at the historic Travancore Palace, this two-day gathering brings together practices, conversations, art, music, and community.
Participants will experience:
- Yoga, pranayama, meditation, and Vedic chanting led by senior teachers and practitioners like Eddie Stern, Dimple Jangda and Prasad Rangnekar
- Talks and panel discussions on self-worth, burnout, women’s health, gut–mind connection, financial wellness, personality, and the relevance of rituals today
- Deep-dive learning sessions for those wishing to explore practices in greater depth and learn how to apply or teach them
- A curated wellness marketplace, art installations, and nourishing food experiences
- House Holi, a sustainable Holi celebration featuring a 3-hour set by internationally renowned DJ Caroline Lethô, known for performances at Boom Festival and alongside artists like Bonobo
Equal Ground is designed for those seeking balance, insight, and connection — not in retreat spaces far from the city, but right within it.
