My friend and I visited Escape Time Madhapur, and we had an amazing experience! The escape room was well-designed with creative puzzles that were both challenging and fun. The storyline kept us engaged throughout, and every clue made the adventure even more exciting. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and gave us just the right amount of guidance when needed. It’s one of the best places in Hyderabad to enjoy quality time with friends while testing your teamwork and problem-solving skills. Absolutely loved our experience at Escape Time Mystery Games! The puzzles were creative, challenging, and really well designed. Absolutely pathetic experience and a complete waste of money. We paid ₹900 per person for a group of six, expecting an exciting and challenging escape room. Instead, we got a poorly maintained game with broken RFID-based clues that simply didn’t work. Imagine paying premium prices only to spend your time wondering whether you’re stuck because of the puzzle or because their equipment is faulty. The puzzles themselves were embarrassingly easy and felt like they were designed for young kids, not adults. There was no challenge, no excitement, and certainly no value for the amount they charge. What made the experience even worse was the way they handled the situation. After we pointed out their malfunctioning equipment and asked for a reasonable compensation, they had the audacity to offer us 50% off our next game. That’s not customer service—it’s expecting customers to pay again after ruining their first experience. If you’re charging premium prices, at least maintain your equipment and design puzzles worthy of adults. Instead, this place delivers broken games, uninspiring puzzles, and takes zero accountability when things go wrong. Save your money and your time. There are far better escape rooms that actually deserve your business. This place doesn’t.Read More
