Nice Resort with Good Service, But Pool Timing is Disappointing We stayed at Ideal Beach Resort recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The service was genuinely good — the staff was friendly, attentive, and responsive throughout our stay. The resort has a beautiful beachside location and the rooms were comfortable. Food was decent and the ambiance is relaxing, perfect for a short getaway. However, I was really disappointed with the swimming pool timing — it closes at 6 PM. This is quite early, especially for a beach resort where guests often want to enjoy the pool in the evening after beach time or during sunset. It significantly reduced the enjoyment of the facilities for us. Would recommend the resort for its service and location, but they really need to extend the pool hours if they want to provide a complete beach resort experience.Read More

My mother & I had a wonderful stay here. Everything was just perfect! Many thanks to Satish & his team, Pankaj, Dony & team, Raja, Rajesh, Dolly & the entire staff for their extraordinary attention & courteous service. Just a few dishes that need to be better - baked fish was not done in the classic way but was more like a sauteed fish with tomato concusse, the chocolate mousse had too much chocolate syrup & choc buttons which made it way to sweet! Also, you could beautify the beach front by adding some granite benches, tables etc. Also have a few newspapers to read!Read More

Pros: 1. Good location 2. Beach is peaceful and almost private to the resort 3. Good sitting arrangement in the beach with cafe snacks directly supplied there 4. Rooms are big and spacious. Cons: 1. We had got the garden view room. Ac was not adjustable. Always at full power. It was getting too cold. 2. Even though the pool is big, 80% is unusable by non swimmers because it's depth is more than 7feet. Only small area is of 4 feet where it gets too crowded. Poor planning for pool as 99% of people use the pool for fun and not for professional swimming. 4feet depth area should have been more. 3. Food is super expensive. Get ready to spend a bomb on food. Ex: A single butter kulcha will cost you Rs.200.Read More

The rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom water pressure is very low. Service is hard to come by. You have to keep trying to get the attention of the staff or walk up to them. Great location. Peaceful beach. Food was average. No high points.Read More
