About the Event:

Eye Gazing is a space where you come as you are accepting others as they are being reflected in their eyes witnessing the beauty of the eyes dissolving our sense of self connecting deeply with each other sharing intimate conversations and going back with the felt experience of being One.

The session design is simple - we open with a sharing then look into a partner's eyes for a few minutes simply observing what happens we move through different partners whilst having curated intimate conversations about ourselves. Based on the feel of each session I incorporate movement blindfolds mirrors and safe touch.

About the Facilitator:

Yogesh loves to build communities centered around wellness & healing and offers collective healing workshops across a variety of modalities such as eye gazing meditation movement dance music touch expressive arts games sharing circles etc. He also helps people work through suppressed emotions such as guilt shame grief fear anger etc and is a facilitator of the Dances of Universal Peace. Having raised VC funding at the age of 19 and worked as an entrepreneur-in-residence with multiple startups a self-actualization journey in the Himalayas changed his outlook towards life post which he worked as a Sustainability consultant.
