Whether you're painting with precision or playfulness, there's no need to worry about perfection. Because Danette is going to illustrate a fun version of you. Embrace the freedom to stylize and caricature your features, making the experience fun and lighthearted. No prior artistic skill needed - just bring yourself, a smile, and let the brushes do the talking!

Prior to the workshop, you'll be sending us your picture - a photo you feel captures your essence. Along with your photo, you'll also share three things you’d want our illustrator to incorporate into your whimsical portrait. On the day of the workshop, you'll receive a plain tote bag. With guidance from our illustrator, you'll trace the illustration onto the tote bag and then paint it, transforming it into a wearable masterpiece.

Please note:

Before the workshop, the conductor will illustrate a line drawing of you using the photographs you provide.

At the workshop, you will use this line drawing and other elements, and trace it onto the tote bag after which you will paint the entire composition with the guidance of the conductor.

Please note that, as the style isn't hyper-realist, there might be slight variations in features.

The portrait will focus on your torso and face using a pose and outfit that mimic the photograph provided. You will have the opportunity to tweak a few elements if needed at the workshop.

The final outcome will depend on your creative expression.
