Question 1

Is there an age restriction for the event?

Accepted Answer

Players must be 10 years of age or above to participate. We advise that players under 18 have parental supervision.

Question 2

Is there parking available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, paid valet parking is available for your convenience.

Question 3

What is the dress code for the event?

Accepted Answer

This is an active experience, so please wear comfortable clothes and appropriate footwear (no high heels). We also recommend not wearing mascara, as it can smudge the lens and impact your experience.

Question 4

How big is the space?

Accepted Answer

You will have approximately 2,000 sq. feet of game space, but the virtual space is much larger. We reuse the physical space using some nifty tricks we have developed.

Question 5

Will I walk into a wall?

Accepted Answer

No, we have in-game safety mechanisms and a game master to prevent that from happening.

Question 6

Can this experience cause motion sickness?

Accepted Answer

Every part of the system is designed to give you an immersive experience without any of the motion sickness typically associated with virtual reality systems.

Question 7

When should I arrive?

Accepted Answer

It is compulsory to arrive 15 minutes prior to your session. Late arrivals will result in you missing the session with no refunds or rescheduling.

Question 8

Can I Wear my glasses?

Accepted Answer

With our technology, 99% of glasses fit with the headset lenses (unless they are odd-sized). Our headsets have adjustment tabs under each lens so that players who are unable to wear glasses can adjust the headset's focus to compensate for approximately +1 to -3.8 diopters.

Question 9

How long is the full experience for each ticket?

Accepted Answer

Each ticket includes 30 minutes of thrilling playtime and 15 minutes for your essential briefing and debriefing.
