Its progressive approach reimagines familiar dishes through unexpected combinations and thoughtful techniques, while personal and regional references keep the food grounded.

For Restaurant Week India, Farro presents its distinctive approach to cross-cultural cooking, led by Chef Vardaan Marwah. Drawing on his experience with Suvir Saran, Gaggan Anand and Sujan Sarkar, his cooking balances technical precision with nostalgia, connecting regional ingredients and familiar flavours across culinary traditions.

The second edition of Restaurant Week India expands from three cities to ten, with more than 100 restaurants participating from October 16 to November 1, 2026, alongside new dessert pop-ups and limited ‘One Service Only’ experiences.
