Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded. Refunds will only be processed in case of match cancellation or abandonment, as per the applicable terms and conditions.

Will the tickets be physical or digital?

All tickets for this event will be Digital tickets. Tickets will be valid only via the District app and no screenshots or external pictures of the tickets will be allowed.

What is the cart time for ticket purchases?

Customers will have 10 minutes to complete their purchase after adding tickets to the cart. If the transaction is not completed within the given time, the tickets will be released back for sale.

How can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Tickets can be transferred via the District app to another phone number. Head to your profile and select the tickets you would like to transfer. Please note, once the transfer window is shut, tickets cannot be transferred. The transfer window deadline will be displayed on your ticket.

A customer can purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per category.

What happens if my transaction fails, or is incomplete?
