Founded by siblings Priyanka Alve and Chef Rajat Alve, the restaurant combines global influences with local ingredients, seasonal produce and inventive flavour combinations.

For Restaurant Week India, Fireside showcases its approach to fire-led cooking under Chef Rajat Alve, whose passion for wood-fire techniques and ingredient experimentation shapes the menu. His cooking reflects a balance of innovation and technique, with each dish celebrating the depth and character that cooking over fire can offer.

The second edition of Restaurant Week India expands from three cities to ten, with more than 100 restaurants participating from October 16 to November 1, 2026, alongside new dessert pop-ups and limited ‘One Service Only’ experiences.
