

Chef Amrita comes to the Glenburn Penthouse for an exclusive Bengali New Year pop up, presenting a ten course tasting menu inspired by memory, migration, and the movement of food across water.
Rooted in her exploration of Blue Carbon cuisine, the menu brings together influences from Bengal and Bangladesh, the Sundarbans, and Dal Lake in Kashmir, extending across East Africa to Madagascar and Mauritius, and further to Indonesia, Vietnam, Oman, and Brazil.
Anchored by the waterways of the Sundarbans, each course reflects how ingredients, techniques, and stories travel across regions, coming together in a menu that is both deeply rooted and quietly expansive.
