For Restaurant Week India, Flint presents a 3-course menu that reflects its approach to contemporary European cooking, highlighting the depth of live-fire techniques and the flavours of carefully prepared ingredients. The second edition of Restaurant Week India expands from three cities to ten, with more than 100 restaurants participating from October 16 to November 1, 2026, alongside new dessert pop-ups and limited ‘One Service Only’ experiences.
