1. You must arrive at the Flying Baba site office at least 30 minutes before your zip tour starts. We cannot accommodate late arrivals.

2. A full zip tour for 9 people will last approximately 1.5 hours.

3. Minimum Age - 10 Years.

4. Maximum Weight - 100kg

5. Minimum Height- 4 ft 7 inches.

6. Participants must wear closed-toe shoes/Crocs, shorts or trousers and tie back long hair.

7. All children under 18 years require a parent or guardian's signed permission on their Disclaimer

8. The consumption of alcohol prior to or during the Activities is strictly prohibited. Participants who are deemed to be intoxicated will be refused admission; no arguments can be made to staff for dismissals.

9. Children aged 16-17 years may zip unsupervised by a participating parent or guardian.

10. All adult participants must sign a Standard Risk Acknowledgement & Disclaimer form before departing. All children under 18 years must be named on the Disclaimer form and signed for by their parent or guardian.

11. Children cannot participate without the signed consent of their parent or guardian.

12. Any child accompanied by a supervising adult, who is not their parent or guardian, must present at the time of doing the tour a completed and signed hard copy of the Disclaimer -minor accompanied by non-parent form.

13. The Activities are not without risk of injury or danger. You must give the instructors your full attention and follow their instructions at all times. Flying Baba is not liable for any loss if you fail to follow written or spoken safety instructions.

14. Ticket is not transferable & not for Resale.

15. Certificates will not be given to customers who are below the age of 16 years.

Note:

- Bring your own raincoats during the monsoon season.

- There is no refund policy. Exceptions include thunderous weather/lightning or any instance in which the premises are not open.
