Extremely disappointing experience. The staff were very rude, especially Mr.Sachin Kumar who was at the reception and the overall environment felt quite inhospitable. The staff behaved as though they were forced to work and were visibly unhappy to assist with even basic enquiries. Every question was met with irritation, as if we were inconveniencing them despite paying a premium price for the experience. There are many play areas and sports zones available for kids today, and we have visited several of them. However, we have never experienced this level of rude and unprofessional customer service anywhere else. For the amount charged, one expects a certain standard of service and facilities, but what we encountered was far below expectations. The pricing is high, yet the offering is substandard. The attached photo, taken at the billing counter, lists several facilities; however, nearly half of them were unavailable. When we made enquiries to book or use some of these, the response was dismissive and rude, as though we should have already known that they were under repair. We travelled quite a distance specifically so our kids could enjoy this outing, but the entire experience was spoiled due to poor customer service.Read More

I recently visited this trampoline park in Gandipet, Hyderabad, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had. First of all, the hygiene is very poor. The foam pit cubes (sponges) were smelling extremely bad, which made it very uncomfortable to even use the area. It clearly shows that they are not cleaned or maintained properly. Secondly, there are serious safety issues. Some of the trampolines in the free jump area are damaged and worn out. This is very risky, especially for a place where people come for fun activities. Proper maintenance and safety checks seem to be completely ignored. On top of that, the pricing is too high for the kind of service and condition they are offering. When you charge premium prices, at least basic cleanliness and safe equipment should be ensured. The staff also did not seem very attentive towards maintenance or customer concerns. Overall, the place feels poorly managed. I would strongly not recommend visiting this park unless they improve hygiene, repair all damaged equipment, and justify the price with better service and safety.Read More

The staff is very rude. Would not recommend. Will not return. Not worth the trip so far outside of town. Only the trampoline area + vr cricket are available. Everything else is closed. Their socks are compulsory even if you bring your own. Everything is overpriced. The place looks rundown, dirty and dangerous. Met a few other families who believed the good reviews, came here, was shocked like us and still booked the tickets to enter - since they travelled so far.Read More

Too much cost, per person 1300 we went on weekdays and my son is 3.8 still they charged 1300 with including socks this charge is for one hour And coming to snacks popcorn and two flavours of icecreams are available Cost for two scoops =160/-(any flavour) Popcorn small to medium size may be (160/-)water bottle cost is 50/- We went by auto And bathroom are not at all good water is not available And they have arrangment of food also but we didnot show interest at all Thats our story Our story has 4 kids(we took ticket for 4 kids)Read More
