FOO Asian Tapas offers an innovative take on traditional Pan Asian cuisine, combining street-style Asian dishes with a chic ambience and handcrafted cocktails. Its approach centres on authentic ingredients, bold spices and modern techniques, balancing familiar Asian flavours with contemporary presentation.

For Restaurant Week India, FOO Asian Tapas showcases its Pan Asian approach under Chef Eric Sifu, whose cooking draws on Southeast Asian flavours, with a particular focus on Sichuan cuisine. Shaped by his experience across Singapore, London, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Norway, his style explores the interplay of chilli, aromatics and the distinctive numbing quality of Sichuan pepper.

The second edition of Restaurant Week India expands from three cities to ten, with more than 100 restaurants participating from October 16 to November 1, 2026, alongside new dessert pop-ups and limited ‘One Service Only’ experiences.
