About the Event

Food Square x Gourmaison presents a playful introduction to cheeseboard styling. In this guided session, children taste and create their own mini-cheese platters. 

Using mild premium cheeses, artisanal crackers, seasonal fruits, fine chocolates, and curated spreads, they learn about cheese, simple pairings, and how to assemble a platter that looks as good as it tastes!

Expect a fun, educational workshop with a little mess, a take-home masterpiece, and some very proud young chefs.
