Excellent Fun for Children, including very young ones ... Shlok enjoys coming here almost 3-4 times a week & plays through all the different Slides, Tunnels, Toys, Balls, etc. ... We hosted our daughter’s 3rd birthday at Fun & Learn, Phoenix Mall of the Millennium, and this year, for her 4th birthday, we decided to try Fun Amico. So this review is based on a direct comparison between the two experiences. Fun Amico is definitely smaller than Fun & Learn, but we already knew that and honestly, the size of the venue wasn’t an issue for us. The food was also okay. Unfortunately, what really ruined the experience for us was the attitude of the staff. From the very beginning, every interaction felt like we were asking them for a favour rather than booking and paying for a birthday party. Even something as simple as finalising the menu became unnecessarily difficult. We selected the Gold package specifically because we wanted different options for adults and children. However, we were strongly pushed to have the same menu for everyone because, apparently, if adults ate extra fries, that could become an issue. I genuinely found this conversation quite strange. This is a children’s birthday party, and if an adult happens to eat an extra serving of fries, I really don’t think the host should have to be concerned about policing that. Most adults attending a 4-year-old’s birthday are perfectly capable of making their own food choices. Then came the actual party day, which happened to be Independence Day. We were happily wishing everyone around us and trying to keep the atmosphere cheerful, but the staff’s expressions and overall attitude were consistently cold and unwelcoming. Our hosts, Pratiksha and Neha, unfortunately made the experience particularly unpleasant. I tried to keep things casual, smile and interact positively, but their attitude remained extremely rude and unhappy throughout the event. And this is where I feel Fun Amico falls short compared with Fun & Learn. A birthday party is supposed to be a happy, warm and celebratory experience. The venue doesn’t have to be the biggest, and the food doesn’t have to be extraordinary—but the people hosting the party should make you feel welcomed and excited. For us, the staff experience completely overshadowed the positives. If you are planning a birthday party and have the budget to choose, I would personally recommend looking at Bambino or Fun & Learn instead. Based on our experience, I would not choose Fun Amico again—not because of the size or the food, but simply because of the staff attitude. The venue can be beautiful, but for a child’s birthday, good hospitality matters just as much as the venue itself.Read More

I did not have a very pleasant experience at this place. I have visited Play & Learn several times and have always had a wonderful experience there. However, my visit to Play Amico was quite different. The caretakers were not very friendly, and there were several restrictions, such as magnetic tiles and the vegetable section needing to be used only in dedicated areas. Unlike Play & Learn, where children can freely explore different sections, this felt quite limiting. Overall, the staff frequently pointed out what was not allowed, which made the experience less enjoyable. I hope the management can work on making the environment more welcoming and flexible for children and parents alike.Read More
