Not worth it. Even recharge on card have tax on it !! 100 rupees recharge on card and you get 85 rupees. Not suitable for kids. Soft play area have no supervision for kids and parents are not allowed. Too small , not well thought through.Read More

⭐ Review for Fun Unlimited – Swagata Holiday Mall, Sargasan Worst experience 😡. I swiped my card twice for a game but it didn’t work. After a long argument, staff allowed us to play but their behavior was very rude and unprofessional. Not recommended ❌. Staff attitude needs serious improvement, otherwise this place is not worth visiting with family.Read More

❌ 1 Star Visited Fun Unlimited at Swagata Holiday Mall, Sargasan on 2nd September 2025 at 9:17 PM with my family. I swiped my card twice for a game, but it did not work. After a long argument, the staff finally allowed us to play, but their behavior was very rude and unprofessional. The way customers are treated here is extremely disappointing. Instead of helping politely, they make you argue for your rights. This ruins the fun of coming with family. ⚠️ Management should improve staff attitude immediately, otherwise this game zone will lose all customer trust.Read More
