Very disappointing experience. The staff made us uncomfortable by constantly staring at customers and seemed more interested in spending time among themselves than helping guests. Assistance was only available when specifically requested. The bowling lanes were not maintained properly, and the music selection was poor, which negatively affected the overall atmosphere. Overall, the service and facilities were below expectations, and I would not recommend this place.Read More

I had a very bad experience at Time Square Fun Unlimited. The games section was okay, but the massage chair experience was pathetic 😭 There were 2 sofa-type massage chairs. The staff made me sit in one chair and said the other one was not working. After using it, I started having severe back, leg, and stomach pain, and it has still not reduced even after 20 days. The staff just switched on the machine and left. It was not relaxing at all — no proper massage or vibration effect. It felt like hard rod balls hitting and breaking my bones. I felt very uncomfortable 🥵, but no staff members were around to help, and the pressure on my legs was so tight that I couldn’t move properly. I sincerely request all age groups, especially small kids, not to use this massage chair for safety reasons.Read More
