Avoid Funburg: A Total Waste of Time and Money 🚫💸 I went to Funburg expecting a "Fun Capital" and left with nothing but frustration. If you value your weekend, do not go here. Go-Karting Fail: I was ready to pay 899 each person for a 10-minutes with my son, only to find out the karts weren't even available at the same time. They are happy to take your money Virtual Reality More like "Broken" Reality. Not a single VR game was functioning. It is embarrassing to charge people entry for a venue where half the attractions are out of order. The counter staff are beyond unprofessional. They have zero interest in helping or addressing concerns. You are treated like a nuisance rather than a paying customer. Stop wasting public time and money!Read More

I recently visited Fun Burg with my family, hoping for a safe, enjoyable, and well-managed play experience for children. While the play arena itself is large and visually attractive, the overall experience was disappointing due to very high pricing and extremely poor staff management. To begin with, Fun Burg has a big play area for kids, and the setup looks exciting at first glance. The space is wide, colorful, and offers multiple play zones, which makes it appealing for children of different age groups. From an infrastructure point of view, the place has good potential and could be an excellent kids’ entertainment center if managed properly. However, the most alarming issue is the shortage of staff. During our visit, there were only two female staff members present to manage this huge play arena. For such a large space filled with children running, climbing, and playing, this is completely inadequate. It raises a serious question: How is it possible for just two staff members to supervise such a big arena? The staff who were present appeared stressed and overburdened. They were trying their best, but clearly, managing safety, assisting children, answering parents’ questions, and monitoring activities all at once was impossible. This is not just poor planning; it is a major safety concern. In a children’s play area, staff supervision is essential, and Fun Burg fails badly in this aspect. Adding to the disappointment is the very high entry price. Charging ₹700 per hour per child sets high expectations for service, safety, and overall experience. At this price point, parents naturally expect well-trained staff, proper supervision, and smooth operations. Unfortunately, the reality does not justify the cost at all. Paying such a premium fee while seeing only two staff members managing the entire arena feels unreasonable and unfair. There was also no visible floor manager or supervisor available to handle issues or provide guidance. Parents had to wait or manage on their own, which defeats the purpose of choosing a professional play zone. When you charge premium prices, customers expect premium service, and Fun Burg currently does not deliver that. In conclusion, Fun Burg has good infrastructure but poor execution. The combination of high prices (₹700 per hour) and insufficient staff makes the experience disappointing and concerning from a safety perspective. Management urgently needs to increase the number of trained staff members and improve supervision, especially during busy hours. Until these issues are addressed, I would not recommend Fun Burg to parents. With better staffing and more reasonable pricing or improved service quality, this place could truly live up to its potential.Read More

Extremely unhygienic, unsafe, and irresponsible management. I am a regular customer and have been bringing my 3-year-old child here almost every Sunday. Today, I was shocked to see rat droppings in the ball pool where children play. This clearly indicates a rat infestation in a kids’ play area, which is a serious public health hazard. When I immediately informed the owner/manager, they casually checked and confirmed that the rat droppings were indeed present, in large amounts. Despite this, there was no apology, no concern for child safety. Instead, the response was rude, dismissive, and arrogant. Rat droppings can spread dangerous infections, especially to small children who touch surfaces and put their hands in their mouths. For a place catering to toddlers, this level of unhygiene and the management’s attitude is completely unacceptable and negligent. This issue is serious enough to warrant complaints to health and municipal authorities. Parents should think twice before bringing their children here. Child safety and hygiene cannot be compromised or treated casually.Read More
