I recently organized my daughter’s birthday party at [Venue Name], and it was an absolute nightmare. If you are looking for a hygienic environment or professional service, do not book this place. Hygiene: The venue was filthy. Tables were sticky, floors hadn't been swept, and the overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards for a children's event. Food Quality: The food was a major disappointment. It was poor quality, lacked freshness, and was served at an improper temperature. For the price charged, this was a complete rip-off. Staff Behavior: The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. They have no manners and showed zero interest in helping or making the birthday girl feel special. Any request we made was met with an attitude or ignored entirely. It is heartbreaking to have a milestone celebration ruined by such a lack of basic hospitality and sanitation. 😔 Terrible TERRIBLE experience at Funtazia Faridabad for a kid's birthday party. Filthy venue, poor food quality, and super rude staff. Save your money and don’t plan birthday party at Funtazia Faridabad Total nightmare at Funtazia Faridabad birthday experience turned into an absolute nightmare 😤. Let me break it down: - *Arcades & Bowling:* Most games not working, bowling stopped after 5 games, kept shifting zones that were non‑functional. - *Food:* Stale, dirty plates. The staff will constantly pressurise you to order more food ( for monetary gains) but they are not focusing on service stale food being sent to the table - *Water policy:* Not allowed to bring own water.but they haven’t mentioned it any where - *Staff:* Only focused on taking orders, no service vibe, rude (even a staff named Laxmi she needs basic training how to deal with customer ). - *Minimum guarantee:* Hidden at first, then pushed on you. - *Overall:* Understaffed, poor communication, constant policy shifts 😤 in a nutshell Nightmare alert! My experience at Funtazia Faridabad was horrific. Here's a quick warning for others: "Funtazia Faridabad = disaster. Broken games, stale food, rude staff, and hidden charges. Funtazia is a safe and exciting place for kids to play. The games and activities are engaging and fun. Everything is well maintained, and the staff was friendly. A good place for celebrations and family time. We booked Funtazia for a birthday party and it was fantastic. Kids enjoyed every moment, and the arrangements were done very well. The place is clean, colorful, and has lots of fun options. Totally worth visiting.Read More
