Located in Bandra, Gaijin is a contemporary Japanese restaurant and bar that reinterprets Japan through a distinctive approach to food and space. Its menu explores fermentation, binchotan grilling, robata and yakitori, combining familiar techniques with unexpected ingredients and combinations, while its setting moves between a dramatic dining room, a vinyl-led bar and an alleyway inspired by urban Japan.

For Restaurant Week India, Gaijin presents a 3-course menu that reflects its contemporary take on Japanese cuisine, drawing on traditional techniques and unexpected flavour combinations to create a distinctive interpretation of familiar culinary traditions.

The second edition of Restaurant Week India expands from three cities to ten, with more than 100 restaurants participating from October 16 to November 1, 2026, alongside new dessert pop-ups and limited ‘One Service Only’ experiences.
