1. Registration & Payment

- Seats are confirmed only after full payment.

- Bookings are non-transferable unless approved by the organizer.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

- No refunds of the event for no-shows.

- If the event is cancelled by the organizer (e.g., due to weather or unforeseen circumstances), a full refund option will be offered.

3. Timing & Punctuality

- We recommend that you arrive at the starting point at-least 15-30 minutes prior for a seamless entry.

- The walk will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Participants arriving late may miss parts of the walk and no refunds will be given.

4. Safety & Liability

- Please do not purchase the ticket if you feel sick.

- Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings during the walk.

- Organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.

- Please wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes.

5. Photography & Media

- The organizer may take photos/videos during the walk for promotional use.

- By registering, you consent to the use of such media unless you explicitly inform the organizer otherwise.

6. Code of Conduct

- Respect fellow participants, guides, local residents, and spaces visited.

- The organizer reserves the right to remove anyone whose behavior disrupts the walk.

7. Weather & Route Changes

- Walks are usually conducted rain or shine, but routes may be adjusted for safety.

- In case of extreme weather, the event may be rescheduled or refunded.

8. Misc

- Rights of admission reserved.

- These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer.
