• Please carry any personal or emergency medicines you may require. As the cruise takes place on the river for several hours, access to medical shops or external help may be limited during the event. Your comfort and well-being are our priority

• The boarding location is the Shipping Ferry Ghat, between Eden Gardens and BBD Bagh station. It is beside Millennium Park, also known as Millennium Park Jetty, from where the Kolkata Heritage River Cruise departs. Parking is available for an additional fee

• Show your ticket at the cruise gate for smooth boarding

• Camera charges INR 200/- (payable on spot)
