This is a wonderful and safe place for children to have fun. The staff is extremely friendly, caring, and attentive to the kids' needs. We celebrated our daughter's birthday here, and it was a fantastic experience. The venue is well-organized and perfect for hosting children's birthday parties. We recently celebrated our daughter’s 5th birthday at Go Krazy trampoline park, and it turned out to be an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed. The food was truly impressive—carefully curated to delight both children and adults, with a great variety that everyone enjoyed. The quality was excellent, and everything was served fresh and hot, which made a big difference. The games and activities kept everyone engaged throughout—there was never a dull moment during the entire four hours. The kids had an amazing time, and even the adults found themselves joining in the fun! The decorations were vibrant and beautifully done, adding a special charm to the celebration. Every detail of the arrangement reflected top-notch planning and organization, and many of our guests appreciated the effort that went into making the event so memorable. Worst experience- today we had a horrible experience wherein the person who runs this place forcefully pulled my son accusing him of having done potty in his pants, and pulled him so badly in front of my eyes and then he had the atrocity to even pull down his pants and even check his underwear! How shameless of him and how disgusting to do this in front of a child's mom. I am thoroughly disappointed and will never recommend this play zone to anyone. I also feel this totally pulls down the confidence of the child and tears apart faith in soft play areas and play zones for the mother. After coming home from school, this no kid deserves for sure. Also, I want to mention that there was no staff available here today noon 2:27-2:20pm. We sadly paid for an hour but we left before our time because my son started crying terribly after his pants and underwear were pulled down by strongly holding one of his hands down so that he would not move. Purely disgusting! Purey unpardonable! An act of shame anddisgust in big bold letters done under broad daylight and recorded on the playzone's camera as well. I wish the owner will playback and see the recording and punish the person thoroughly and kick him out of the job immediately for this disgusting act. I pray this should never happen to any child, especially any young girl children. Such play zones should be shut down forever. Amen. Dear Management of Go Krazy Kids Indoor Play zone, Thanks for your reply. Let me again re-state that your staff member has no right whatsoever to pull down any child's pants. It is very much visible on your CCTV footage. Please check it properly, I request you. It's totally unacceptable that you say I am writing an imaginary story here. I am only sharing what unfortunate thing has happened on that day with my son in my presence. Children are children but if a grown-up person cannot do the right things, it is better to change the staff member and put a matured person who will not cross his limits. Hygiene is pivotal, no doubt, but without parent's consent stepping in and pulling down a 6 year old's pants is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I hope and pray this never happens to any child, girl or boy, in any playzone.Read More

We celebrated my son's birthday with GoCrazy. I really appreciate the Abhijeet's management and hosting. He took all possible efforts to make the event successful. Also special mention to other staff in kitchen. The play area is also very safe and good. All kids enjoyed the food and play thoroughly. I definitely recommend goCrazy for any such celebration events.Read More
