Located in Bandra, Gong is a contemporary Pan-Asian restaurant that explores distinctive Asian culinary traditions, from Chuka, Japanese-style Chinese cooking, to Itameshi, which pairs Japanese ingredients with Italian formats. Its menu spans an extensive sushi programme, dim sum, wok-fired dishes and inventive interpretations of regional flavours, set within a space by Sumessh Menon featuring warm wood, sculptural details and a central bar.

For Restaurant Week India, Gong presents a 3-course menu that reflects its exploration of Pan-Asian flavours and cross-cultural cooking, drawing on its distinctive approach to regional traditions and contemporary interpretations.

The second edition of Restaurant Week India expands from three cities to ten, with more than 100 restaurants participating from October 16 to November 1, 2026, alongside new dessert pop-ups and limited ‘One Service Only’ experiences.
