About the Instructor: Prabin Raj

Prabin Raj is the Delivery Lead and an active trainer at TalentEase. He joined TalentEase in 2016 right after finishing his MBA and today leads the facilitator delivery team across all locations working with them to build capability and increase the effectiveness in the classroom.

He is a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Certified Professional Trainer in Design and Facilitation of Experiential Learning from IIPE, Canada. He is a Philosopher and Theologian. He is a musician who composes music and sings and incorporates music into effective training.
