Hand-building Tasters at The Clay Company

Discover the joy of working with clay through our ongoing Hand-building Tasters — a series of unique pottery projects designed for beginners and curious makers.

Each workshop is a 2-hour guided session where you’ll learn a hand-building technique, shape your own piece, and experience the creative process from start to finish. Glazing is included, so your finished work will be fired and ready to take home.

Day-wise Projects

1. On Tuesdays, you will be making a SET OF 2 PLATTERS

2. On Wednesdays, you will be making a CUP & TRAY

3. On Thursdays, you will be making a PAIR OF MUGS

4. On Fridays, you will be making a LARGE PLATTER

5. On Saturdays, you will be making a PURSE PLANTER

6. On Sundays, you will be making a PENDANT LAMP

These sessions are perfect if you’re trying pottery for the first time, looking for a creative break, or simply want to explore a new craft in a relaxed and welcoming setting. You can join one project or come back over time to try them all.
