Nice play zone with no much rush, and easy pricing compared to other playzones in core city. Nearby localities kids come regularly to play. Good fun and recreation with vr realty gamings. Birthday parties can be hosted they have separate packages for it.Read More

I hosted my younger daughter’s birthday at Happy Humptiees, and the entire experience—from the initial planning discussions to the final execution—was truly marvelous. Pavan and his team took care of everything with great attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the event was handled perfectly. Their dedication and professionalism really stood out. My family, relatives, and friends who attended the party were extremely happy, and the best part was that everything was managed within a very reasonable budget. Before finalizing, I had explored several play zones and banquet halls around Nizampet, but most of them were quite expensive. Thankfully, a friend from my community recommended Happy Humptiees, assuring me I wouldn’t regret it—and he was absolutely right! Today we visited Happy Humpties and honestly it turned out much better than we expected. We initially planned to spend just 1 hour there, but my kid enjoyed the place so much that he wanted to stay for one more hour. The play area is really good for kids, clean, engaging, and enough activities to keep them entertained without getting bored quickly. The environment felt safe and energetic, and kids can easily spend a couple of hours there. A couple of things that could be improved: 1) The washroom does not have a separate lower-height urination facility for kids. Adding one would make it much more convenient for small children. 2) They do allow parents to bring their own socks, which is good. But if you forget to carry them, the socks sold there are mostly useful only for one-time use. Overall, it was a very good experience and definitely worth visiting for kids who enjoy indoor play areas.Read More

I visited this game zone with 3 kids and had a very disappointing experience. The pricing itself is confusing and unfair. They charge 350 for 1 kid and 600 for 2 kids. Since I had 3 kids, I politely asked if they could charge 900, which is reasonable. Instead, the woman at the cash counter responded very arrogantly. Finally, I paid 950 for 3 kids. The attitude of the staff is the worst part. While my kids were playing, I was just sitting inside, the same woman rudely questioned me saying, “Can’t you see the board saying don’t enter without socks?” Honestly, I did not see any such board. The way she spoke was extremely disrespectful. She then said she told my brother, so it applies to me as well. I can confidently say that she did not inform either me or my brother about this rule. This is not the way to talk to customers. I spent the entire one hour feeling frustrated instead of relaxed and finally left the place. Coming to amenities, this game zone is very basic: • No air conditioning • No TV or screens like you see in most game zones • Very poor maintenance They have color sand for playing, but the quantity is so small that it is sufficient for only one child. My 3 kids were literally fighting over that small amount of sand. At that time, only my 3 kids were present in the entire game zone, yet the facilities were inadequate. Overall, this place does not justify the price at all. When you compare these charges with game zones in big malls, this one offers nothing in return. Due to rude staff behavior, poor facilities, and bad customer experience, I would not recommend this game zone to anyone.Read More
