When is entry restricted for pre-booked tickets?

Incase of Birthday Party Celebration, walk-in customers shall not be allowed in the play area and the same information shall be updated on the same day on our Instagram page. Any and all tickets purchased for the same shall be adjusted to the following day only.

Though the place is good, the staff is totally irresponsible and not interested at all,to be with the kids for their safety. The place opens at 2 pm and I went at 3 pm, till then the staff was having lunch . Took 15-20 minutes to confirm payment. There were so many girls and all were just sitting at a place, rather than being with a kid. I do not recommend this place at all.Read More
