Harmony Circles give us the time to slow down, look at our lives, and connect with others. If we feel comfortable, we can share our own experiences or we can just come to listen to others.

It is a transformative and unburdening experience as we are able to see things in a new light.

Responsibility

There seems to be a tussle

Between where I am

And where I want to be.

Something in me says

Live, run, fly ~ be free 

While another voice shouts 

Stop, slow down, 

Reevaluate & carefully see.

My decisions affect many 

Many that depend on me 

Or so I seem to think

And draw boundaries around me. 

I can break down these walls 

But no one will approve of me

Does my own approval count?

I wonder ...

I am seeking more clarity.
