For the first edition of Zhouyu Hosts, in partnership with The Hindu Lit for Life, we travel to Meghalaya with Chef Ahmedaki Laloo from Shillong. A five-course menu that moves from region to memory to home, bringing together recipes, ingredients, and stories rooted in lived experience.
