The Heartfulness Essay Event 2025 invites youth aged 14 to 25 years from across the globe to share their reflections on themes that encourage self-growth, social awareness, and harmony with nature.

Participants can write in any one of 12 languages, with entries evaluated for originality, relevance, and clarity. The event continues a 33-year tradition of inspiring young minds, in collaboration with The Commonwealth.

Heartfulness Essay Event 2025

Writing is like lighting a lamp in the dark corners of the mind.

The Heartfulness Education Trust and Shri Ram Chandra Mission in collaboration with The Commonwealth invite youth to participate in the 33rd edition of this prestigious essay event.

This is your chance to reflect express and inspire through your words — while connecting mind and heart.

Participation Details

Who Can Participate?

Category 1: Age 14–18 years (Word Limit: 500)

Topic: Individual evolution is not possible without the support of others.

Category 2: Age 19–25 years (Word Limit: 750)

Topic: Being in tune with Nature is a prerequisite for human evolution.

Languages:

Choose one from: English Assamese Bengali Gujarati Hindi Kannada Malayalam Marathi Odia Punjabi Tamil Telugu.

How to Submit:

Essays must be typed or neatly handwritten on A4-size paper (black/blue ink).

Mention your name father’s name age and institution on every page.
