Old & Middle school Vocabulary

Students get to learn the four grooves of hip hop along with some "must know" old school and middle school vocabulary

Down Rock

This module covers the flooring part of Bboying/Bgirling where the moves are usually performed with the support of hands, shoulders , back and head.

Top Rock

This module covers the standing part of Bboying/Bgirling where the moves are performed while standing

Footwork

Dance technique aspects related to feet: foot position and foot action in Hip Hop
