Can I get a refund if I can't attend the event?

Tickets once purchased are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Is there a ticket purchase limit?

You can buy up to 10 tickets per transaction. All ticket categories are subject to availability, so make sure to purchase your tickets before they sell out!

Are there group bookings available?

Do I need a Physical Band to enter the venue for purchases made on District?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a Physical ticket is mandatory to enter the event venue.

Question 5

What if I need to change my delivery address?

Accepted Answer

You can update your delivery address through the app. Go to Profile > Event Tickets, select your booking, scroll to Home Delivery Address, and edit the details before 14th December 2026.
Please note that this option is available only for a limited period. Once home delivery has begun, address changes will no longer be possible.

What if I’ve already received my Physical Band and then decide to cancel?

Accepted Answer

If your Physical Band have already been delivered and you cancel your ticket, the Physical Band will be invalid and you won’t be granted entry to the event. If you attempt to attend using those wristbands, access will be denied.

Question 7

How to top up my Physical Band?

Accepted Answer

To top up your wristband, scan the QR code on it and follow the steps. Proceed to complete the payment with your desired amount.

Question 8

I haven't received my wristband yet. How will I receive them?

Accepted Answer

Wristbands will be home delivered at a date closer to the event. In case you've purchased your tickets closer to the festival dates, you may have to pick up your wristbands from the box office at the venue on Dec 29 - 30.

When do tickets go on sale?

HSBC Visa Pre-Sale goes live on 29th October, 2026 and General sale goes live on 31st October, 2026 at 2 PM IST and will stay active till inventory lasts.

What ticketing categories are available at Home Festival?

Accepted Answer

The ticketing categories available are General Access (GA), VIP, Lounge & VVIP Tables.

Question 11

Are handbags and backpacks allowed into the venue?

Accepted Answer

Bags smaller than A4 size/30 cm x 18 cm (i.e., wallets, phone wallets, side bags, fanny packs) are allowed. All bags will be subjected to a bag scan/search.
