In class, we will:



• Discuss basic do's & don'ts, share important tips for ensuring success, every time.
• Differentiate between fresh and dry yeast and how to get a perfect proof.
• Prepare a white flour dough, shape into a Classic French Baguette.
• Prepare a basic whole wheat bread dough, learn to shape and use loaf tins, bake up a Daily Whole Wheat Bread Loaf.
• Bonus: This class also gives you tonnes of ideas on Herbed Butters
• Class is completely hands-on and each student will make their own loaves to take home.
