“How are you?”
A question we ask every day. But how often do we actually answer it honestly?
This play explores the space between what we feel and what we choose to say. Through a series of personal, interconnected stories, it looks at why we hide, why we pretend, and who we allow ourselves to be real with — and sometimes, why we’re not even honest with ourselves.
Rooted in themes of mental health, relationships, and empathy, this devised performance is built from real experiences and emotions. It focuses on the small, often unspoken moments that shape us — the silences, the hesitations, and the things we leave unsaid.
It’s not driven by a single storyline, but by lived experiences that many of us recognize, even if we rarely talk about them.
