Ignite Festival New Year's Event - Terms and Conditions

• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. In case of event cancellation, a full refund will be provided.
• Ignite Festival reserves the right to conduct security checks at the entrance .
• All guests are required to carry valid government-issued photo identification (ID) for verification purposes.
• Guests will be granted entry to the event premises only once. Once a guest leaves the event, re-entry is not permitted.
• Guests must retain their event wristband or ticket for the entire duration of the event. Failure to do so may result in the removal of the guest from the event premises. Event wristbands are non-transferable and must be presented upon request by event staff at all times..
• Attendees must be of legal drinking age to purchase alcoholic beverages.
• Prohibited items, including weapons, illegal substances, sharp objects and outside food or drinks, are not allowed.
• If any guest is found in possession of illegal substances, unauthorized items, or engages in any unlawful activities on the premises, the establishment reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to confiscation of said substances or items and notifying the relevant authorities, such as the police.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the event premises. Guests are required to use designated areas for smoking. Any violation may result in expulsion from the event.
• Attendees must adhere to a code of conduct, including respectful and considerate behavior towards other attendees, staff, and the venue.
• Ignite Festival reserves the right to remove attendees at any given time for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
• By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed and recorded. Ignite Festival may use these images for promotional purposes.
• Ignite Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings and also is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred by attendees at the event.
• Attendees must adhere to safety guidelines and follow any instructions provided by event staff.
• Ignite Festival encourages responsible alcohol consumption.
• Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Ignite Festival is not responsible for any damage or theft of vehicles.
• Attendee data is collected for event purposes and may be used for future event communications. Ignite Festival respects your privacy and complies with data protection laws.
• Ignite Festival is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, such as acts of nature, acts of government, or other unforeseen events.
• The unlimited buffet includes dishes and beverages, as specified by the establishment. Any additional food or beverages not included in the buffet will be charged separately.
